Trevor Justice AV & Staging Requirements
Trevor’s goal is to deliver the absolute best presentation possible and be the least of your worries! He is easy to work with and will be as flexible as possible in working out details on site.
Below are the general, sound, lighting and staging requirements necessary to make Rayburn’s presentation and your event amazing.
General…
- Trevor never performs during meals, while people are eating, socializing or otherwise distracted.
- Trevor’s performance may be filmed if he received hi-res digital video footage from all cameras filming him.
- After reading everything below, if you have questions, please call Trevor at 510 545 3858.
Sound…
- System: Please provide one professional-quality sound system with EXTERNAL speakers which will adequately cover the performance area and project well to the number of people at your event. In-house ceiling speakers are not sufficient. Please keep in mind that Trevor’s presentations include singing and either (A) a musical instrument or (B) a background track. We assume each channel will have level and EQ controls.
- Vocal Microphone: Please provided a lavalier microphone for speaking, and a handheld mic on a boom stand for singing. That way, Trevor can back off the microphone when singing loud high notes.
- Baritone ukulele: Please provide one (1) direct box with a 1/4” input, placed down, center stage
- Keyboard: Please provide one (1) 1/4" cable and one AC power outlet down center stage.
Channels/inputs…
Trevor may use up to 4 inputs as follows:
- One for his speaking microphone
- One for the handheld (singing) microphone
- One for his ukulele or keyboard
- One for background music tracks played from his phone/ipod
Lighting…
Trevor plays in a number of different settings with varying possibilities for lighting, so we will give you a general description of what he needs. The stage must be lit better and differently than the rest of the room.
